Required Qualifications

• Residential Wireman or Journeyman Accepted

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to pass a drug test

• Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders

Essential Functions

• Prepping and loading work vans

• Hang solar boxes on residential homes

• Running wire through attics

• Keep a clean job site

• Use and understanding of safety equipment

• Maintain professionalism and safe practices at all times

• Service calls

• Upload photos and notes to customer database

• Occasional service panel upgrades may be requested based on experience

• Solar experience

• Valid driver's license

• Willingness to work overtime

• Strong communication skills
